  It has been a long journey getting my teeth fixed. In 2013, when I was still in high school, I started my orthodontic treatment by getting traditional braces. Since then, Dr. Li has seen me grow from a kid in school through college, through graduate school, and finally as a fully grown adult working in the dental/medical industry. He has been nothing but patient and understanding throughout the entire journey, explaining the details of my treatment the whole way through while dealing with my stubborn teeth and bite and even transitioned me off traditional braces onto InvisAlign when it became obvious that the braces weren't working, without charging me a cent more. He and his team are true professionals, who don't do it because of the money, but are truly doing it to get their patients the treatment they need. Now, in 2026 I have finally completed treatment, and I have nothing but gratitude and thanks for Dr. Li and the team. Over the past 13 years I've had the pleasure to continue seeing him at the Rancho Bernardo office, through expansions and remodels and yet he and his team have been a great part of my life. To Dr. Li, Max, Denise, Michelle, Leslye, and all the other team members I've met over the years, thank you for everything you have done to help me get my teeth to where they are today.

  I had an excellent experience with Dr. David from day one to the very end of my daughter’s treatment. The doctor is highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, always taking the time to explain each step of the process and make us feel comfortable. The reception team is equally wonderful — friendly, organized, and always ready to help with scheduling or any questions. The level of service throughout my entire treatment was outstanding. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and truly appreciate the care and attention we received. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-quality orthodontic care.

  I’m so grateful for my new smile! I just got my braces off and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Li and his amazing team worked so diligently and patiently to straighten some very stubborn teeth, and I’m so happy with the results. Thank you for the persistence, kindness, and great work. I can’t stop smiling. Highly recommend!

  We had a wonderful experience at this orthodontist office during my daughter’s consultation. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, helping daughter feel comfortable right away. Michelle and Denise were exceptional helpful with the process. Dr. Li was patient, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain the treatment options while answering all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. The entire visit was pleasant, informative, and reassuring. We truly appreciated the care and attention from the whole team and left feeling confident about our next steps. Highly recommend Dr. Li and his amazing staff!
