Where do I even begin? So, I had knee surgery in September 2025, and for the past six months I’ve been working with Dr Christie and Dr Claire. Before this, I felt unsure about what my body could handle, and I was constantly worried about making my post-op recovery worse. However, it's truly been a journey with Perform. It has been an absolute pleasure working with both of them.
Through their experience, knowledge, and the exercises they’ve carefully prescribed, I’ve been able to achieve milestones I didn’t think were possible. I can now walk comfortably, perform single-leg exercises, return to work, lift, jump, and I’m even on track to start running again—all pain-free. There are still occasional sensations as my knee continues to adapt to load, but I now understand that this is part of the process.
What really stands out is how well this program was created by both Dr Claire and Dr Christie, as it has helped me understand my body more than I ever have. The exercises have improved my ability to absorb load, strengthened my pelvic stability, and helped me feel more connected to my muscles and movement. I’ve learned that the body works as one unit, and that pain or soreness often comes from certain muscles overcompensating for weaker ones—something that can be addressed through targeted strengthening and stability work.
To those who are experiencing knee pain or any form of pain in their joints/body and you feel helpless, there is hope - as long as you pick the right health professionals and you continually put in the effort to do your rehab exercises. Because of Dr Christie and Dr Claire, I now feel more in control of my movements, more aware of proper techniques, and more confident in managing my injury. It’s been a genuinely empowering experience.
To Dr Christie and Dr Claire, I truly wouldn’t be where I am today. I’m incredibly grateful for your support, guidance, and dedication. No words can fully express how thankful I am to have found the both of you. 🙏
