  Pearle Vision at the 32nd Street Exchange totally made our day, thanks to Danelle. My mom and I just walked in hoping someone could help fix her old favorite glasses (which we didn’t even buy there), and Danelle jumped right in with a smile. She took her time, adjusted and repaired them, and treated us like loyal customers the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about people, not just making a sale, and that kind of service is rare. My mom’s glasses are as good as new, and we walked out feeling really taken care of. If you’re on base and need anything done with your glasses—repairs, adjustments, or a new pair—definitely stop by this Pearle Vision and ask for Danelle.

  I had an amazing experience with the workers at Pearle Vision today. I came in to order contacts and asked if they happened to have any with my prescription in stock because the only pair I had left were the ones I was wearing, and one had ripped. Luckily, they did have my prescription available, which surprised me because they told me they usually don’t carry trial contacts with such a strong prescription. I was very happy they did. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they do.
