I have to call in a prescription refill every month and I get so much anxiety because I know they are going to act annoyed that I called, put out that they have to answer my questions and will go out of their way to delay filling my prescription. I’ve really never experienced anything like it. I’m always incredibly nice and have never once had a pleasant experience here. I wish someone actually read these reviews and cared enough to do something.

I understand that they're busy, but this is no way to treat customers! I've gone there before without checking if they have my meds, but now I'm conserving my energy and ascertaining that they have them beforehand. I've been calling and calling and calling them this morning, all without any luck. Truly pathetic!
