Since moving to San Diego, I have been especially impressed by the customer service in helping choose and maintain my glasses. Recently I was having trouble finding the right prescription sunglasses, and when they didn’t come out quite the way I expected, Jasmine recognized it right away. She was amazingly kind and knowledgable and helped me find a solution that made me very happy! Thank you! I continue to be impressed by OP’s dedication to customer service and appreciate their friendly caring and attentive staff.

We worked with Alyssa and Jasmine to select new eyeglass frames and lenses and their customer service was absolutely impeccable. Good customer service is a rarity in San Diego. Customer service at the superb level of this place is even more rare.
