He called me in at exactly the appointment time (god knows why doctors like to make you wait) and was very patient through out the exam. I was confused at one of the extra procedure and he patiently explained it to me and was transparent about the additional exam price. It also shocked me they already applied my insurance when I got to the store. The only time I put down my insurance info was when I was scheduling the appointment and I was totally expecting them to ask for my insurance at least two more times. The whole visit was efficient and I was out of the store within 20 minutes.
