- LDLaurie DietterSep 30, 20265.0I can’t say enough wonderful things about her as a yoga teacher. She has an extraordinary understanding of the body—how it moves, how everything connects, and how even the smallest adjustment can completely change the way a pose feels. Her knowledge of body mechanics is exceptional, but what makes her truly special is the intuition and mindfulness she brings to every class. She seems to understand exactly what her students need, often before we do ourselves. Her teaching goes far beyond simply moving through poses; she encourages you to listen to your body, become more aware of how you move and breathe, and find a deeper connection between body and mind. Her classes have become an essential part of my week and, truly, an important part of my life. They are something I look forward to and rely on—not only for strength and flexibility, but for the sense of balance, clarity, and well-being they bring. I always leave her classes feeling stronger, more open, more grounded, and somehow more myself. She is knowledgeable, intuitive, thoughtful, and genuinely gifted at what she does. I feel incredibly fortunate to practice with her and cannot recommend her highly enough.
