  As a beginner in yoga, I highly recommend Mint! She explains each pose in great detail and gently corrects your posture when you’re doing a pose incorrectly. I was very impressed with my first class and felt comfortable throughout the entire session. The studio is very clean, beautiful, and brand new. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and had a great positive attitude. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place, especially to anyone who is new to yoga!

  What an awesome location within the Del Mar Highlands community. It’s next to Pvolve and Revel. Ample parking behind and in front of the studio in the lot or parking structure. Thank you Nicole and Susanna for being so welcoming and creating a beautiful yoga community! They teach the Core 1 and Core 2 classes respectively (that I take). And it’s such a wonderful class whether you are new to yoga or a 20 year practitioner like myself. The traditional classes are easy to follow and I just love the positivity of the instructors. They care for us students. They hand out signs that say whether you want adjustments or not. I opted to have adjustments and it helped me get into positions so much better. The classroom itself is brand new. It has infrared lights and soft lighting within class. The floors are soft even with a thin yoga mat like mine.
