Brandon is knowledgeable and helpful with catering to your needs/goals. Gyms can be a bit intimidating, especially getting into it as a newbie. The environment is very welcoming and inclusive; definitely family friendly. I’ve worked out with people with different athletic backgrounds and ages, to beginners like myself. More importantly, it feels really good when someone is there to celebrate your achievements with you. It’s been about 7 months and it’s the daily progress that counts. Coach B is awesome!!!
