The instructors are great. The management and operations are the worst I have ever seen: first, they don’t answer the phone. Second, they make false representations about what you're buying, for example, that you're getting a year-long membership that includes a party and private sessions. Then they refuse to write back or answer when you try to schedule. Also, if you have an emergency and need to drop out of a class, they refuse to answer your phone or call you back, and then charge you $15. I actually have time-stamped proof that I canceled within 12 hours, yet they still charged me. I've been going to the studio for years, and it gets worse every year. It's gotten to the point where I'm left only to write a review and warn other prospective clients what they will face when they sign up. Surprisingly, they run operations this way when so many competitors are out there vying for your business. It's mind-boggling and I feel bad for the instructors.

I never thought I would be a Pilates guy, but after injuring my foot and no longer being able to run, I decided to give it a try and Pilates may be one of the best things I’ve ever discovered. I’m so glad my wife recommended it to me.
At first, I was a little hesitant about being a guy taking the classes, but after three months of attending weekly, I’ve never felt better. I genuinely look forward to every class and really enjoy the instructors and the other members.
A special shout-out to Tyler! He has been incredibly patient in teaching me how to use the reformer and properly perform the different exercises. He continues to help me with adjustments each week, and I can feel myself getting stronger and improving with every class. Honestly, I’m not sure I would have stuck with it without his guidance and encouragement. He has made a huge difference in my experience.
My wife saw how much I was enjoying it and ended up leaving her gym in Hillcrest to join the Club Pilates Bay Park community too. I don’t write reviews often, but this studio has had such a positive impact on my life that I wanted to share my experience. I would highly recommend Club Pilates Bay Park to anyone! Thanks for the great experience!
