I recently started pilates starting from 0 experience with any workout class. Carolyn has made the experience AMAZING!! She's incredibly positive, vibrant, always checking in/helping correct form, and is incredibly knowledgeable. I almost didn't want to write this review to "gatekeep" and prevent more competition from getting into her classes, but I feel compelled to share because she deserves the recognition! :)

I’ve been coming for over 5 years! Instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. Workouts are modified if needed for injury or rehab! Highly recommend!
