  This is a great Pilates studio. I took a class tonight with Dayna and she was very welcoming, friendly and informative. Every time I do Pilates there is a new move that I’ve never done before. I feel better for going.

  I was in town for work & wanted to get a Pilates class in. I’ve been to Club Pilates in Nashville & Atlanta, and San Diego was the same great experience. Welcoming, friendly, & just a great experience. Dayna (instructor) was enthusiastic, hands on, and super knowledgeable. Thank you!

  I didn’t have a great experience here. I dropped in for a trial session, and overall it felt pretty underwhelming. The energy in the class was off, and the instructor didn’t seem very receptive when I deviated from the trial workout or asked questions…even though there were only two of us in the class. That said, the class itself wasn’t the biggest issue. What really stood out was the experience afterward. The front desk staff (especially the manager, I believe their names were Madison and Ari) were extremely pushy about getting me to sign up. Madison framed the offer as a special deal just for me, but it seemed like a standard discount. There was also some inconsistency in what was being offered, with mentions of both 20% and 10% off for a student rate. I also felt uncomfortable with the sales tactics, like being told the offer was only available for 24 hours—it came across as pressure rather than genuine value. On top of that, the membership requires a three-month commitment and doesn’t seem easy to cancel, which made me even more hesitant. Even after I clearly expressed that I wasn’t interested and had concerns about the pricing structure and commitment, the pressure continued, which made it difficult to leave. I ultimately decided to go with another gym, and I’m glad I did. Overall, I’d be cautious about trying this place if you’re not comfortable with high-pressure sales environments.
