Took a few classes and all my aches and pains were gone. I really enjoy doing it but the biggest draw back is getting a class of your choice suiting your day and time. You get waitlisted and just 12 hours before would know if you get that time slot or not. This means you cannot plan stuff ahead of time. I couldnt get a class theice last week despite being on waitlist. Dont plan to renew.
