As a newcomer to weightlifting, the heavy weights looked intimidating at first - but Christian, the owner, and John and Cristina, the coaches - have shown me proper form and a path to build up my strength. I have to be particularly careful - because I have a bad back. Christian, John and Cristina are always keeping an eye on me to offer modifications and make sure I don’t hurt myself. Also, if you live nearby - it is a great neighborhood community. And a lot of parents bring their kids with them as well.

They actually have weightlifting as part of the program, so if you're looking for something that isn't just another HIIT class (they have that too) the variety here can't be beat. I've been working out here for a year now, and I have seen great improvements in my strength and mobility. The owner and the coaches are kind, help people meet their goals, and create a great environment. Everyone I've worked out with here is super supportive as well. It's a great community.

There is good variety with class types and structure. Hyrox classes are very helpful in prepping for Anaheim Hyrox! I wouldn’t trade it for anything!
