  I had a wonderful experience at Audio Nova . Josephine, the hearing Care Specialist, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable,kind,and patient . She explained everything clearly. Isabel at the front desk was also courteous, friendly and very organized with scheduling my appointments. Both of them made the whole experience easy and pleasant.

She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, taking the time to clearly explain every detail and address all of my concerns.
