- MMMOct 2, 20262.0They are going downhill on service. They said they were sending my prescription but they never did. I called them and asked them as I figured a porch pirate may have gotten it, but they were closed for inventory. When I did get ahold of them, they said they never actually sent it even though they said it was being delivered. They said that they were waiting till my other prescription was done but they weren’t working on the other prescription. Two weeks no prescriptions. Today I called for some help and I was on hold for 17 minutes until they hung up on me.

I will never use this compounding pharmacy. As of today, Tuesday October 13th I finally got a response from the pharmacy and I am not on hold trying to speak with them about my experience.

- MHMike HsiaoJun 4, 20261.0Slow, extremely unorganized, and lies. Mutliple times I've had to hand hold them to get my Rx refilled. It should not be this hard. This last time, I called in to refill my Rx on Monday. I checked on Friday to ask the status. They said they would send in the request now. Wait, so i asked you are only sending it in now?? The lady comes back and realizes they goofed, and says....no we sent it last week. However, I my new Rx was not given last week! Pure lies to try and hide their mistake. Rather own up to it, and try your best to expedite it thru is the right solution. BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
