- MHMike HsiaoJun 4, 20261.0Slow, extremely unorganized, and lies. Mutliple times I've had to hand hold them to get my Rx refilled. It should not be this hard. This last time, I called in to refill my Rx on Monday. I checked on Friday to ask the status. They said they would send in the request now. Wait, so i asked you are only sending it in now?? The lady comes back and realizes they goofed, and says....no we sent it last week. However, I my new Rx was not given last week! Pure lies to try and hide their mistake. Rather own up to it, and try your best to expedite it thru is the right solution. BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
