  I wish I had read a review like this before spending approximately $14,000 at AirSculpt San Diego. I had AirSculpt/body-contouring treatment on my inner thighs and quadriceps, including Renuvion/skin tightening. I went in expecting my legs to look tighter and better. Instead, my legs look significantly WORSE than before. I now have substantially more loose, sagging skin on my inner thighs that actually rubs together when I walk. My quadriceps did not get the improvement I expected, and I now have a very noticeable indentation/hole in my right inner thigh that was not there before. Looking at my before-and-after photos is devastating. I now feel like I can’t even wear shorts or skirts because of how my legs look. What happened afterward at the San Diego location made the experience even worse. Before surgery, my original doctor, Dr. Nalluri, showed me on my body what he expected the result to look like and explained what I should expect from recovery. My actual recovery was much harder than I expected from those conversations, and the result was worse than what I started with. When I returned for help, Dr. Nalluri was no longer with AirSculpt. I didn’t immediately ask for a refund. I gave myself time to heal, attended my follow-ups, and repeatedly asked AirSculpt for a solution. At my 6-month appointment, a second doctor, Dr. Alwen, initially proposed another Renuvion procedure using a different approach. Because my first recovery had been so difficult, I wanted to speak with him again before agreeing to another surgery. After more than a month of repeatedly trying to get that follow-up, I was ultimately told that Dr. Alwen would be unavailable for several months AND that he no longer believed repeating the procedure would provide enough improvement to justify another surgery. The other option discussed was a much more invasive thigh lift with significant permanent scarring. So Dr. Nalluri, who performed my original procedure, was gone, Dr. Alwen initially offered a correction and then ultimately did not recommend proceeding with it, and I was left with legs that look significantly worse than before and no reasonable corrective solution. I have documentation of my treatment, communications, follow-ups, refund requests, and before-and-after photographs. If you are considering having your inner thighs or quadriceps treated at AirSculpt San Diego, please do your research and ask what happens if your result is WORSE rather than better. Who will take responsibility for your care? What happens if your doctor is no longer there? And what corrective options will actually be available? I wish someone had warned me to ask those questions. I spent approximately $14,000 trying to improve my legs. Today, my legs look significantly worse than they did before AirSculpt, and I am still trying to figure out how to fix the damage.

  Very pleased with the facility! Everyone is very kind and helpful with setting up appointments and talking about surgeries. Dr. Schumann It is amazing and Knowledgeable. Cheyenne is also an amazing nurse and very helpful with answering questions!

  What a great experience and a boost of confidence. Thank you Dr. Mark Schoemann for this, and also for your professionalism, compassion, and knowledge. Dr. Schoemann is absolutely wonderful. And let me tell you about his nurse, Andrea. She is wonderful! I was nervous but she.was able to calm me down. She is funny, caring, and attentive. From the time I check in and leaving it was a great experience. Thanks again to this great team!

  Such a wonderful experience. Dr. Allwen and his staff are exceptional. They are kind and helpful. From the moment you arrive for a consult to post op appointments they go above and beyond to explain everything. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  I had AirSculpt on my arms almost 2 years ago, and it has been one of my biggest regrets. I paid around $15,000, and despite being told a liter of fat was removed, my arms look virtually the same—if not worse. Before surgery, I asked three separate times if I needed skin tightening. I was repeatedly told it would be a waste of money because my skin would “snap back” due to my age and skin quality. Months later, when I returned unhappy with my results, I was first told it was too soon to evaluate. Now I’m being told it may be too late because too much time has passed. I also feel like my concerns have been dismissed. Instead of acknowledging my results, I was told they looked “wonderful” and even asked if I’d gained weight. I wish someone had been honest from the beginning and told me if I wasn’t a good candidate for the results I wanted instead of moving forward with the procedure. I’m currently waiting on my before-and-after photos and a quote for an arm lift for my attorney. I’ve been waiting nearly 3 weeks, and communication has been very poor. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering AirSculpt to look beyond the Instagram marketing and make sure you fully understand what results are realistically achievable. This has been one of the biggest financial and cosmetic regrets I’ve ever made.
