  I loved the service at AirSculpt! All of the staff was very kind, welcoming and attentive. Dr Alwen is very responsive to questions & requests. So happy with my arm lift!

  Avoid this practice, and especially Dr. Rajasekhar Nalluri! I chose AirSculpt because I wanted what appeared to be a minor, minimally invasive procedure with local anesthesia to make modest cosmetic adjustments to my arms. What followed has resulted in permanent nerve damage and a second surgery, with no meaningful improvement more than a year later. During my arm procedure, I experienced an intense, sudden pain that was unlike anything I expected under local anesthesia. I immediately told Dr. Nalluri that he had hurt me, but the procedure continued. The following day, my right hand became hot, swollen, and tingling. My pinky finger also developed a claw-like deformity. I reported these symptoms at my 24-hour follow-up appointment, but my concerns were not meaningfully addressed. At my one-week follow-up, Dr. Nalluri was unavailable, and I was seen by another physician who told me it appeared the procedure had been performed too close to the nerve and recommended using a sling. A few days later, when I saw Dr. Nalluri, he disagreed with that recommendation and said he would never have advised a sling. The conflicting guidance further undermined my confidence in the care I was receiving. At my three-month follow-up, I continued to report ongoing numbness, weakness, pain, and functional problems with my hand and arm. Dr. Nalluri assured me it would improve, but no thorough evaluation, diagnostic testing, or treatment plan was offered. Because my symptoms persisted, I sought care through my primary physician and was eventually referred to an orthopedic surgeon. After evaluation, I was informed that my ulnar nerve had been damaged during the AirSculpt procedure. I ultimately underwent a second surgery to transpose the nerve in an attempt to restore function. More than a year later, my condition is no better than it was immediately after the injury. I continue to live with the consequences of that nerve damage. I have repeatedly contacted AirSculpt management, provided documentation regarding my injury, and attempted to discuss the situation. Although some office managers initially appeared willing to help, my communications ultimately went unanswered. My experience was not simply an unsatisfactory cosmetic result--it was a serious medical complication that has left me with lasting impairment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice or Dr. Nalluri.

  Dr. Alwen and the entire AirSculpt team are absolutely amazing! From my very first consultation to my recovery, I have felt genuinely cared for and supported every step of the way. Dr. Alwen is not only incredibly talented, but also kind, patient, and thorough. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The office staff is equally outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always available when I needed them. The level of care, professionalism, and compassion I received exceeded all of my expectations. Choosing Dr. Alwen and AirSculpt was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering a procedure. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience!

  So happy with my results so far everything looks good is something I been wanting to do and I’m happy I did . The nurses are really nice and helpful and bet dr too .
