  A "patient focused" dental practice . . . not an assembly line and not trying to sell you something you don't need. A great team, beginning with Dr. Mori, that goes the extra mile to provide the dental consultation and care that you need it, when you need it, and with expertise, kindness, and good humor (always a plus when going to the dentist). I trust them with my teeth . . . which is the best recommendation I can give to a dental practice.

  At this dental practice, I felt like I was being hustled for money. Every service had a required extra fee to be assessed. When something was not covered by insurance, I was never asked if it was okay to continue with the service. When I spoke up about it, I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience. I was told they would make sure that I was "repeatedly" made aware of the potential costs in the future every time. I did not like that you see different dentists every visit, too. I was seen by three different dentists. I understand that the practice is busy, but if you want to build a strong customer base, why not show consistency with patients. My initial visit took me by surprise. I was made to wait over 15 minutes when I arrived on time. When I did see the dentist, it was 5 minutes at most for his part. I was baffled. I spent the majority of time with the assistants or waiting. The appointment time came out to an hour for an initial visit with no cleaning. Then, I had to make a separate appointment for a cleaning and another for a cavity. If you don't mind like feel like a cog in their wheel of dental services, I say use this practice. The staff is polite and respectful. I personally prefer a more personalized approach to receiving my dentistry services. I also didn't like that I received an email to review with them with the words "Didn't have a good experience? Click this link to contact us directly and we'll do our best to make it right." I understand that you only want positive marketing, but that's falsifying customer satisfaction with the practice. It's pretty difficult to make charging for additional services rendered a better experience after it has occurred.

  Today was my first visit to my new dentist, and I generally don’t enjoy going to the dentist. However, I was impressed by their knowledge and concern for my teeth. They identified several issues that my previous dentist, whom I had seen for 10 years, never noticed. They also helped with the insurance paperwork to ensure I get what I’ve paid for. I was pleasantly surprised and excited to have them as my new dentist, and I’m looking forward to working with them. Thank you!
