  I can’t recommend StretchLab San Clemente enough. They have helped me through multiple training cycles, including for my first Ironman 70.3. Their stretches made a huge difference, and helped me maintain a high volume of training week in and week out. They are also very welcoming and accommodating, would give 6 stars if possible!

  Had my first experience with Max at StretchLab San Clemente and it was awesome. I had been having hip pain and tightness in my lower back and upper legs and after our session it felt much better. The next day it felt like I'd never had those issues at all. So happy that I found this place. Shout to Lori for working with my schedule and keeping in touch to get me in for my first visit. See you Tuesday!

  It has been a fantastic experience at the StretchLab in San Clemente for me. I have been a client for almost 2 years since my GBS diagnosis. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring. I look forward to my weekly visits with my flexologist Sha Motesharrei and she makes me feel like a new person every time. She has helped me tremendously in my recovery. I highly recommend the Stretchlab to anyone looking for a great stretch, personalized care, expertise, and a welcoming environment!

  If you're on the fence about trying this service, my advice is: don't hesitate. I came to StretchLab while training for my first marathon and was incredibly tight from all the running. Estella made an immediate impact and helped me get across the finish line. It's now become a regular part of my training, and I know it's making a significant difference. Additionally, even if you aren't training heavily for something specific, there are huge benefits here. There are stretches you simply can't do effectively on your own, which adds a lot of value. Estella, in addition to being great at her job, is incredibly knowledgeable about wellness in general, which is an added bonus. And I don't think it's limited to just her — I've overheard helpful insights and advice from the rest of the team as well. Lastly, the entire team is outstanding, professional, and fun. I have zero hesitation recommending this service, especially the San Clemente location. Thanks, StretchLab!

  Before having assisted stretches at Stretch Lab I was experiencing joint stiffness and couldn’t walk without hip pain, and couldn’t turn my head without neck pain. At 74 I thought I was doomed to immobility and joint aches and pain. Thanks to my 4 months with Anjali at StretchLab San Clemente and now can move with greater flexible liturgist and sleep pain free at nights. I highly recommend this amazing place.
