- DPDonna Patrick5 days ago5.0Club Pilates in San Clemente is by far the greatest format for getting your body in condition and being fit at any age. I am 77 and have been a faithful member for 5 years and just earned the 750 mark for attending that many classes. The instructors are so caring and knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly and take an interest in your overall health. If a certain exercise is difficult, they will show you how to modify or adjust the exercise. It so much fun that you don't even feel like it is taxing. The benefits of a strong core prepare you to withstand any type of body trauma and really makes you feel younger. You can take a free introductory class to see if you like it. Trust me, you too will become addicted and this Pilates location is truly the best studio around.
