I love the variety of classes, from barre to weightlifting, and the flexibility of so many class times makes it easy to fit workouts into my schedule. I’ve seen such a noticeable improvement in my body and overall strength since joining. The instructors, the vibe, and the community make this place so special. If you’re thinking about trying it, do it! You’ll love it!
