  * Very helpful people - in my experience. * Best selection of frames - within the area. * Prices are normal - nothing special to brag about * Turn around time - to be expected *** They do provide a phone number BUT, in my experience, will never answer the phone. If you have a question about your glasses or order, problem, or concern, you must physically go in. Don’t just listen to me - call them yourself and see if anyone answers or even returns your call. Too much dedication towards “making another sale” that they seem to neglect the customer themselves. This review is intended to help improve a very small issue with a very good company that I’ve experienced concerning customer service. If your customers are calling - please at least pickup the phone. It’s frustrating having to take time out of my day and drive back down, just to ask a question or inquire about the status of my order.

  While obtaining my eye visit I was treated well. However, when it came down to paying they gave me one price and then charge me an additional 100.00 + dollars. They folded the receipt so that I could not see the charges because i took them for their word. So be careful and make sure you see your receipt. Before paying.

  I have been going to LensCrafters in the Inland Center mall for more than 12 years. I started to go for the selection of frames LensCrafters carries. I have hilariously bad astigmatism and other optometrist didn’t many options to give me other than a few of same looking frames every year. I have stayed with this store for more than a decade because of how wonderful the staff has always been. The culture there makes it so that no matter how long a staff member or doctor has been there, they are all welcoming, helpful and attentive. Thank you again everyone!

  The staff is wonderful but I have to bring focus to The young lady that did my daughters pre test and I believe her name is Liz but she was patient with my daughter. My daughter was scared of the machines and Liz had me do the machines first so that My daughter saw that there was nothing to worry about. She also made the puff machine a game and my daughter did great my daughter later then said that she is ready to take her eye exam again next year and hopefully Liz will be there to do it for her again and not to say that the other associates were not great they were but I think the encounter made everything else a lot easier and now she’s happy with her pink little glasses.
