  This chiropractic office has poor communication, misleading scheduling practices, and repeated harassment. From the very beginning, I made it clear that I could only attend appointments on Saturdays because I work during the week. I also explained multiple times that I could only come in once a week. Despite telling the staff this for over three weeks, they continuously insisted that I needed to come in four times a week. Every time I explained that it was impossible due to my work schedule, they ignored what I had told them. They repeatedly pressured me into coming to appointments anyway, causing me to lose time at work and waste money, only to eventually tell me that they would not continue treating me unless I could come during the week—the exact limitation I had explained from the very beginning. I then asked if I could simply come in as a walk-in on Saturdays like other patients. I was told no because they wanted me to come during the week, even though they had known for weeks that weekdays were never an option for me. In addition, the office repeatedly called me—approximately 15 times—and sent text messages, including messages as early as 5:00 a.m., trying to get me to schedule appointments. I even told them to stop calling because the constant calls were putting me at risk of getting in trouble at work, yet the calls continued. After three weeks of explaining my availability, dealing with nonstop phone calls and texts, and being pressured into appointments that did not fit my schedule, I ultimately had to walk away. The entire experience was a complete waste of my time and money. Had they simply listened to me from the start, they could have told me they were unable to accommodate my schedule instead of leading me on for weeks. I believe patients deserve to have their availability respected and to receive honest communication from the beginning, not be pressured into a treatment plan that the office already knew they could not follow. I pointed out that the office accepts other patients on weekends. His response was unprofessional. He became upset and said, "You know what? If you want to come only on weekends, fine. I'll charge you $200 cash per Saturday visit." I reminded him that I have health insurance and asked why my insurance couldn't be used for those appointments. He told me that because I refused to come during the week, I would have to pay $200 cash for Saturday visits instead of using my insurance.
