- LDLisa DAug 7, 20262.0Let me start saying I love this company and I will forever buy Warby Parker glasses, but unfortunately, the current staff at this location doesn’t really care about much other than talking smack about people visiting from the town I drove in from, they love talking smack on the customers in general, or are talking to each other only looking up to say hi. I get it, I love my coworkers and love spending time with them, but 20 minutes of nothing but hello when you walk in is unfortunate regarding something as personal as an eyeglasses purchase. I was in there for 20 minutes, tried on every pair I possibly could. For the last 6 years, I drive an hour each way every July and purchase two pairs of sunglasses and two prescription reading glasses. As I was walking out, I asked them if I could purchase pairs online and they say yes, and then I let them know that it was really disappointing that nobody helped me when I was the only one in there for a majority of my visit and they said “oh, we’re sorry, we would’ve helped you”. But as a business owner and former retail manager, you shouldn’t have to chase floor associates down, and 20 minutes of being in a huddle talking smack isn’t exactly a welcoming position to allow customers to come speak with you. I visited on August 7, 2026 just after 1:30 PM.
