However, after reflecting on my in-store experience, I decided to drop it to 4-stars because of the store manager's assuring me, withtouth qualification, that EVERYTHING I was purchasing was FSA-eligible. Of the $950 I spent, $250 was NOT eligible for FSA reimbursement without additional documentation from my doctor. To be clear, the store manager was very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring; she presented me with options and made clear I could take my time and come back when I was ready to buy--so no sales pressure.

This time we went in to purchase a pair of inserts for my wife the salesman Mark would not listen to the fact that we wanted one set of inserts and insisted we purchase the 3 set system. Expressed more than once we wanted one pair of inserts, he ignored our request. Felt extremely high pressured and although I have been a customer in the past I will not return.
