  I was told by the “ manager” Natalie , that paying out of pocket and not using my insurance would get me $100 off. I purchased two frames for $99 each, and no one disclosed that the offer supposedly excluded sale items. That explanation only came after my purchase. When I questioned it, I was treated as though I had done something wrong. I was told I was no longer welcome in the store and was falsely accused of cursing at the her when I asked if I can speak to someone else bc she was being extremely rude and dismissive. I ultimately received a refund, but honestly, the refund doesn’t undo the way I was treated. A business can keep its $100. What it shouldn’t lose is its integrity. The most disappointing part wasn’t the money, it was realizing how quickly a customer can go from being welcomed into a store to being treated like a problem for simply asking to be treated fairly. I expected better. I don’t recommend this location, there is other locations owned by Oliver. Sweet man who stands behind his word! DO NOT GO HERE. They will SCAM YOU

  Owner helped me directly, but was too concerned in making sure everyone else got assistance to actually sit and focus on what I was saying about my prescription. It's incorrect, and I can't even see out of my new glasses, Nor will they return them and fix them with the correct prescription. I told her that it was too blurry I couldn't see and she kept getting app every 2 minutes to go help, Another customer that she wouldn't listen to what I was saying And focus on me the customer in front of her.... Now my insurance won't cover another pair for at least 2 years and on top of that, I'm now out $180 !

  Recently came here for an eye exam since it has been a few years for me. I must say I am very happy with the results. I was given a very different prescription, one like I have never had. It was for up close rather than to help me see far away. It has made a tremendous different and I wanted to thank this doctor!! It has really helped me in the small mistakes as work like transposing numbers and letters. My eye site is not horrible without but things are just a little more sharp, a little more clear and it has helped a lot at work, so thank you!

  Site for Sore Eyes is my go-to for eye care! Brianna was so wonderful and helpful. She helped me find the perfect frames, and was so kind and easy to talk to. I love how friendly and professional everyone was. Dr. Salazar was also lovely. My eye exam was quick and easy. A+ service!
