Transfered my prescription from CVS after 7 years. Downloaded the Safeway app, the pharmacy is linked within same app making it convenient. I also get digital coupons and more savings on groceries. Saved $20 shopping for things I actually need unlike at CVS. I initiated the transfer on Safeway app and everything went smoothly. Picked up 3 meds and all info was correct, insurance and all. Paid less than $3. It never went this smoothly with CVS.

I've never dealt with a worse pharmacy. They rarely ever pick up the phone and there is almost always an issue with an order. On top of that, their phone number does not accept messages, so if no one answers, there is no way to leave a callback request. The last time I finally reached someone and asked why my medication was taking so long to process, I was told, “Sorry, we’re just really backed up and busy,” which seems to be the ongoing excuse. This is unacceptable for a pharmacy, where many medications are time sensitive and critical to a person’s health. The consistent lack of responsiveness and repeated problems make this location unreliable and stressful to deal with.

This is not a good pharmacy. They have SO many staff doing absolutely nothing. I have had to come back multiple times to pick up medications due to them being out for 1 hour in the day, due to them not having things ready, or just having 1 pharmacist. Their text system is slow and used differently by staff. They take a long time to fill orders and to get back to you. Getting on the phone with staff is also difficult! I will be switching pharmacies ASAP!

Do not fill your rx here, take it to CVS next door. I've never in my life dealt with a ruder pharmacist. I've never felt like a review was necessary. But please, stay away- they don't even carry a sufficient supply of medications if you need something soon.
Oh, and please don't expect any privacy, they will yell your RX out over the crowd of shoppers without blinking.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
