  New clients here stopping by to say we had the most amazing, welcoming experience with the staff at kid's Care dental and Orthodontics. Everyone was so kind and attentive. A huge shout out to Dr. Silva who provided exceptional care. She provided active listening skills to my daughters and my needs at which was able to come up with the best treatment plan for during our consultation. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about her patience and it shows. Hands down the best kids dental care. Not to mention the facility is extremely clean. Completely night and day from our previous dental care provider. Thank you thank you

  Horrible experience I am never going back Rahul Nagda, is So not gentle made me feel like I’m a horrible mother I came just to be helped for one tooth he didn’t want to do it and said I should do all of the tooth and for that I need to go all the way to Folsom and pay over 5k $ Honestly when he was just checking the tooth he was not gentle at all my daughter kept saying that it hurts and he didn’t even care . Honestly i usually never leave bad review but this place is a waist of money and a horrible experience.

  RUN from this scammy place!!!! I originally came here for a second opinion after another dentist recommended work on what seemed like a healthy tooth. The dentist here was great, she took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable enough to move forward with treatment and transfer my child’s care. Unfortunately, the billing experience has completely changed my view. I’m now dealing with an issue where my insurance was billed for a cleaning that did not happen during our second opinion visit. Because of that, my insurance is saying my child exceeded the allowed number of cleanings so the dentist is billing me. They only got caught because my kid had already received a cleaning at her regular dentist. Otherwise the insurance would have paid and no one would have noticed. There’s no reason I would have agreed to a second cleaning, especially considering my child’s needs. That simply doesn’t make sense. I’ve asked for documentation to show that the cleaning and X-rays actually occurred, and haven’t received anything that clears this up. I've spent so much time on the phone with these people it's ridiculous. Despite having dual insurance, I’m being charged for something that doesn’t align with the services provided. It's also a hefty amount, not pocket change. It’s disappointing, because the dentist herself was great, but the lack of transparency and accountability in billing makes it hard to trust this office moving forward.
