  My 15-month-old baby had her first dental appointment at this clinic today, and I can say it was a really great experience. The staff were very kind and attentive, explained everything very clearly, and the clinic itself was very welcoming and clean. I definitely recommend it 😊

  We paid off all the bills, but after a while, inexplicable charges would pop up again. We paid them once more—only to find, to our surprise, that yet another bill had arrived. We have absolutely no desire to ever go back again.

  We will not be returning. 16 years dental background so im very understanding yet I also know what is acceptable and whats not. The whole time they were chairside with my kids they were more focused on joking about write ups and big bosses coming the next day and going back and forth about taking the boxes out to the trash. As im watching them they dont even notice for even for a second thst im watching them closely. As they have the equipment in my child's mouth they keep looking away and not watching what they are doing. These are children's mouths and your jerking them around with no focus on the child's comfort. (Could not beleive my eyes) Both girls immediately told me they hurt them and they want to leave. I made them stay through the cleaning in which I shouldn't have. Also not understanding if she cleaned their teeth why is the dentist re-scaling her teeth?. Both girls gums were tender, cheek sore from her grabbing it so hard. I literally called my kids old dentist while there to schedual a follow up appointment. I much rather go to a dentist thats out of network over my kids loosing trust in dental and their hygiene decline.

  We had a great first visit with our son. It was so nice. Doctor was very knowledgeable and polite explained everything and made our first appointment quick.

  Kids Care is always so willing to work with us and our schedule and when we missed an appointment, they were willing to squeeze us in later in the afternoon.
