  If I can give them a 0 star I would. We arrived to our dentist appt on Saturday. And they couldnt verified our insurance plan because it was Saturday. The appt was booked a month ago and they didnt call to ask us about the insurance. So since the insurance was not updated we couldn't be seen. Now they don't have 2 appt together so now my kids are being seen 2 different days. On the day of appt we arrived 25 mins early. And after waiting over 20 min since our appt was 3:45 and seen other patients that came after us went in. We asked them why other people are going before us when they came after us. Thats when they finally told us oops someone took ya off the schedule. Wow so if we didny ask then we would've just sit here waiting and thinking its not our time yet. This is so UNPROFESSIONAL. How the heck you just take someone off the schedule after they already check in. All the front desk lady said was its a MISTAKE thats it. No apology. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL.

  I had a terrible experience at this place; they couldn't do anything for my son other than turn his teeth black with their so-called "fluoride" treatments! I ended up taking him to Mexico for his treatments—and paying for them out of pocket, of course! Then, when I finally thought I’d have the treatment done here, "Dr. Lilly"—without even examining the patient or observing his behavior—told me my son needed to go to the hospital for general anesthesia to get the work done, and that if I didn't do it that way, they wouldn't treat him anymore! Please, doctors, take a minute to actually assess the patient before following a protocol based on who-knows-what criteria!

  Staff & services have been great. But most recently staff has been cancelling & rescheduling my appointments without calling me to see what day & time works for me. I’ve been asking to speak to supervisor or manager to get more familiarize with the office policy, I’ve left over 3 messages & have yet received a call it’s been a week.

  3 nurses help my daughter. 1st one did her brushing super kind and gental. 2nd dint want to apply the treatment, and brought an other nurse to do it. Them 2 were cheat chatting ( not about work ) during her treatment aplication and cut my daughter's gum with one of a metal mouth guard.

  I usually love this office. Not sure if they are new staff and dentist that rotate through there. The front staff checked in 2/4 of my kiddos making our visit longer than usual. No one said anything until I asked about my other children. Then they got checked in after I complained.
