She was impatient and gave incorrect information about the return policy. According to GNC’s policy online, the return should have been allowed, but she told me to come back the next day. I live far away and was not able to return to the store, and she acted rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction. GNC should provide better customer service training for her this experience ruined my day.
