  I’ve been coming to this GNC location at GNC for a long time, and the employees used to be very friendly, respectful, and welcoming. They always greeted customers with a smile, answered questions professionally, and made people feel comfortable shopping there. Unfortunately, over the past few days, I’ve noticed a big change in customer service. There are now two or three employees working there who seem completely uninterested in helping customers. When you walk into the store, they look at you strangely, don’t greet you, and barely acknowledge your presence. Most of the time they are on their phones and don’t seem to care about customer service at all. I hope management or the owner sees this review and takes it seriously before the store loses more customers. It’s not just me feeling this way — I’ve brought many customers to this location over the years, and several of them have complained about the same issue. Please consider bringing back the friendly and respectful atmosphere this store used to have. Thank you.
