  Once you sign up they'll never return a call because they've already “locked” you in. There's some wonderful teachers but no one here answers or returns phone calls. I called 6x since February… had left a voicemail & I went in person to talk to someone about pausing or canceling my membership but a short blonde trainer told me to just email my cancellation and dismissed me when I told her why I was there. From trying to call to in person, dismissive and rude staff.. Reading other reviews it seems this place has huge red flags for canceling a membership so just beware!! I would not recommend this place to family or friends. I should have listened to my friend when she said the manager was rude here. I get that they would need a written notice but in their app it says to call or email them and I had questions at the time. They’re weird, would avoid

  I love cycle bar work out midtown it's fin and relaxing plus they play cool jams u can't stop going for me it helps me relieve stress and positive attitude love these trainers too they are nice and even give tips on what to do for ,y work out here. Thank you 🙏 I can't wait to join u guys again ☺️

  With such abusive prices it should have money to fix the bikes. Nice teachers tho.

  Serena is a great coach. She pushes and encourages the class, and she calls people out by name! I especially enjoy listening to her life stories! Keeps the class motivated.
