I went in person to talk to someone about pausing or canceling my membership but a short blonde trainer told me just email my cancellation they need it in writing. Dismissive experience. Reading other reviews it seems this place has huge red flags for canceling a membership so just beware

Thank you 🙏 I can't wait to join u guys again ☺️

At moments, I didn't think I'd make it through Macy's intense burn, but I'm proud of my efforts and grateful for the experience! Will definitely come back again, but maybe not after a 2 mile run.. lol
