- SBShay BashorunJul 15, 20234.0I enjoyed attending my class; however, when I injured myself and tried to cancel, my membership was not cancelled. I called and was told they need it in writing. I sent a cancellation notice almost a month in advance, and was still charged for a service I cannot use. I tried to call about the matter and no one answered the phone. I did enjoy the classes, but I hurt my foot and cannot walk properly. Now I feel like I have to reach out to my legal service just to cancel. Good gym, but don’t recommend solely based on their service. UPDATE: I was contacted by Michelle and was able to get my service cancelled. I was even offered a credit to come back. That is thoughtful and highly appreciated. I hurt my foot, so I cannot do Pilates right now. When I am well, I hope to go back to class.
- CRCaren RoddyDec 12, 20195.0I love this place! I've been coming here regularly for 6 months, and it's been a life-changing experience for me to get to look forward to working out. Instructors are consistently encouraging and accommodating to all different levels and attentive, though each has their own style for sure. Some of the instructors are very good about helping you make minor adjustments (like in a good yoga class) to really feel what you should be feeling and maximize the effects of your workout. I especially appreciate that classes are always on time and that each class is different. I never know what's next, so I never get complacent or bored. And I'm always surprised at how quickly class is over.
