  They scheduled a consultation and then told me that I was not home. I get notifications when my door bell is rung. That never happened. The voicemail that was left when the guy was allegedly at my house had a person giving an estimate in the background. That was not made at my house. The vm said he was coming at 1230 but then the office said he came at 930 and would need to be rescheduled. My security footage showed no one on my property at that time. They then described a property that in now way matched my house. Do not trust this business. I will never reschedule with them. Extremely poor customer service.

  Just had 101 Mobility Ray come out to fix my chair he was very thorough. He went over everything. He found a few issue’s and was able to fix it there and then do, he did not have to come back. That was a blessing.

  101 Mobility brought out Rust to our house to install a stair lift on our staircase from the house to the garage. Rusty showed up on time very cheerful, smiling young man, very professional, and my husband moved his vehicle out of the garage so that rusty can bring his vehicle up and made his job a lot easier, Before I knew it as I was being called down the hall for instructions on how to use the stair lift and I was surprised on how quickly it was put together and so I came and very slowly showed me what I was supposed to do and how to get into the chair swivel it over make sure it’s locked Seatbelt myself in the chair back around make sure it’s locked and then push the lever down and down the stairs. I want slowly and super quiet once I got to the landing unbuckled and took two steps Forward with Help from husband didn’t make the last two steps into the garage with no problem. I use the bed N of the truck. To work around to the car going back up Help into the house, got into the seat buckled and up the stairs we went in my walker was waiting for me at the top. It was easy and I recommend a stair lift for anyone that needs one. It’s a lifesaver thank you Rusty. You did a great job.

  The service from Rusty was excellent! Communication with their office very good. The only request I would make is that they find a way to provide service at a more reasonable rate. I’m a “Senior” and the charges are painful. Thank you.
