I contacted them on fairly short notice for a wheelchair ramp to access a stage for a graduation ceremony. 101 was communicative, responsive and made the whole process easy. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The clanking remained and the very next time we tried to reliably use it, the lift did not lift the scooter. Called them back and they did not make it a priority to come back and fix it or schedule it.
