  Great company to work with!! Friendly, reliable and so knowledgeable. Thankful there are honest and reputable companies around still, like 101 Mobility of Sacramento. They saved us thousands of dollars, by converting our truck with a passenger seat to allow my husband in and out of cab with seat that robotically comes out of cab and picks him up and places him safely back into cab. We would have had to purchase converted van that he could never sit in the seat, but would have been behind me in a wheelchair forever. Now we can go anywhere and still feel together just like we have always been for over 60+ years!! Thank you 101 Mobility of Sacramento, for helping us find a way to feel as close as we ever have, when traveling or just around town!! There is no need to look elsewhere for anything ADA and if they don't have it they will find it to fit your needs😍

  Fantastic is the word to describe this company! From Terrie, Eli, Rodney and the entire staff, you’ll be extremely happy. They truly do go out of their way to make every thing perfect! Rodney, the lead planner and expeditor made for a smooth installation ! Eli, the technician was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, and, very skilled. This was the second job Eli completed, and, both were A+! ****Additional issue not related to 101 directly**** The only issue I am having was with their electrical subcontractor, ALECO. It is not in anyway reflective of their work. I actually like Aleco’s personnel . Hopefully, the issue will be resolved shortly so the rating can remain at 5 stars, and, I can remove this comment.   Fantastic service from 101 Mobility! They installed a Bruno stairlift for us. The installer was very friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly to my dad. Our family is extremely satisfied with both the product and the service. 5 stars!

  Ray with 101 Mobility who installed a 30’ walkway on our back porch did an excellent job and was very forthcoming with ways he was able to add to the walkway. He was also very easy to talk to and a really nice person. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a job done at the highest level.

  They scheduled a consultation and then told me that I was not home. I get notifications when my door bell is rung. That never happened. The voicemail that was left when the guy was allegedly at my house had a person giving an estimate in the background. That was not made at my house. The vm said he was coming at 1230 but then the office said he came at 930 and would need to be rescheduled. My security footage showed no one on my property at that time. They then described a property that in now way matched my house. Do not trust this business. I will never reschedule with them. Extremely poor customer service.
