This was the fastest most comprehensive eye exams I believe we have ever had, The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on our insurance and helped apply our benefits to the maximum benefit for our purchase. We will be continuing to use their services.

From start to finish, everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Dr. Hinkley was absolutely fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took the time to listen to our concerns, answered all of our questions, and made the entire eye exam a great experience. The sales team was equally impressive. They were friendly, attentive, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. They helped us find frames that fit both our style and our needs without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. The only constructive feedback I would offer has nothing to do with the staff. The sales floor is very noisy—not because anyone is being loud or unprofessional, but because the acoustics create quite an echo. As more conversations happen throughout the store, everyone naturally has to speak louder to hear one another. It would be wonderful if something could be done to reduce the echo, as it would make an already great experience even better. Overall, I would highly recommend the Warby Parker store at the Roseville Galleria. Outstanding customer service, an excellent eye doctor, and a team that truly cares about their customers. You won't regret choosing them!
