StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab West Roseville offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

The owners are truly some of the best people you’ll ever meet—genuine, kind, and incredibly passionate about what they do. From the moment you walk in, the customer service is exceptional. They take the time to really understand your body, your goals, and what you need, rather than giving a one-size-fits-all experience. Every session feels personalized and intentional. You can tell they genuinely care about delivering results, and it shows. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. If you’re on the fence—just go. It’s absolutely worth it.
