The customer service and kindness of the staff made this experience easy and enjoyable. My wife and I went in for an eye exam and to purchase a new prescription and were met with 10/10 service from all the staff. Our optometrist was kind, answered our questions and concerns with ease, and even gave us some interesting facts about eyes along the way. The real all star of the day was the gentleman at the register who helped us select our new frames! I wish I could remember his name, but he had slicked back hair and a goatee. He was very friendly, easy to talk too, and showed genuine interest in our concerns. I was trying to convince my wife to find a cheaper pair of frames and he spent a good 10 minutes looking through the entire inventory in the store trying to make that happen. He gave us great advice and wasn't pushy with upselling the many "upgrades" for the lenses. We'll be back the next time we need some new glasses.

I Am a sales manager and I would never ever let anyone on my team cut off a Customer when they are asking questions about a product. The Asian/ Mexican guy with long hair was extremely rude he cut me off mid sentence and told me there’s other people who are next and ready to buy…. Very un professional and clearly only cares about his commission. I will not be comming back to this place ever again.

It was great. Michelle helped me a lot and able to answer inquiries. She helped adjust my frames and help me decide on my order. She got a great sense of humor too..

Jessica at LensCrafters provided such a great experience! I came in because my sunglasses were missing a screw, and she was incredibly quick, friendly, and helpful. Within five minutes, she had them fixed and even cleaned them for me. What really stood out was that I didn’t even purchase the glasses there, and she still went above and beyond to help. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you need anything—Jessica made it easy and enjoyable!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
