  The most enthusiastic and pleasant help with our ortho consult today. She is an amazing human being. Been going here for years. Two sets of Invisalign for my oldest and on to the second round for my youngest. The only negative is having to wait one full month to get a scan and then another month to get the actual Invisalign. Seems quite backed up. Having to wait two months after paying $4,500 seems a bit crazy. We do love all of the staff and because of them we suck up the wait time.

  As the staff noted in our visit the other day, my older child who is now 17 has been a patient of Kids Care since she was 18 months old. She's had all of her dental and orthodontic care through the Greenback/Citrus Heights and Blue Oaks/Roseville offices, and is now ready to move out of a pediatric practice. My younger child has been a patient since she was 12 months old and is now 14. I purposely chose Kids Care after looking into various practices in 2010 and determining that a pediatric practice was right for us. The dentists, orthodontists, and staff have consistently demonstrated their affinity for the children who are their patients and shown them kindness, patience, and care. In the one instance we expressed a preference for certain providers, a note was made in our file and the preference accommodated. The billing practices have been straightforward and rarely resulted in surprises. I do have better luck dealing directly with the office than via the call center in clarifying and reconciling billing questions. I'd recommend Kids Care without hesitation.
