  We are so impressed with Kim and Dr. Gill. Calling to schedule appointment ( not the office but the main line to all the branches) felt unfamiliar but glad I followed through because these two are phenomenal. Listened were calming and awesome. Felt like we were listened to about our concerns and it was taken in to our treatment plan. My fearful of the dentist daughter is excited to go back lol We even got a hand written letter from Kim and Dr. Saying how proud they were and how Brave! Felt to personal and we are so happy we found them!

  Such a welcoming dentist! My son hadn’t been in a year butt hey made him feel so safe and welcomed. It was very inviting right when you walked in the door with toys to keep kids busy and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming as well. The hygienist made my son feel right at home. He’s only 4 and been a handful of times before so I was expecting some fear but he was totally fine the whole time. They also have great communication with parents which I really appreciate. I’m so glad we found this place!

  I had an appointment at 1:30 and was called while I was driving there at 1:28. Why I was called before my appointment is a mystery. I let the receptionist know that I was just two minutes away, on the exit ramp. I ended up arriving at the front desk at about 1:33. I then sat and waited until 2:00 until I asked when we would be seen. I was told it would be a few minutes and there were two people in front of me. I don't see how that was the case if I had an appointment! Then at 2:20, the receptionist brought me a clipboard with a health questionnaire. I told her that I needed to pick my daughter up from school and it was a 30 minute drive. I also stated that my appointment was 50 minutes ago. She then told me they were just waiting on the health information at that point. Then why was I just given the form? It was very obvious that someone messed up and no one could care any less about my wasted time. I will not be going back.

  This place is the best they accommodate children with autism they work with the parents and with the kids to get the exam and cleaning done plus they try to make a stress free for the kids
