Hit and miss when it comes to product knowledge, it depends on who's working there that day which is usually someone different. Always a dumb sales pitch checking out about joining some loyalty program. Very annoying

Seems if you go during lunch this place is closed. This has happened a few times so they do not have enough staff to keep it opened?

These guys are great! I came in with some health issues (nothing too terribly bad) and via suggestion I am taking supplements that feel like they are working. I'm 30lbs down from when I first came in (circa June 2020). If you are new to getting healthy, or if you are a natural gym rat, pop on in. If you can, share your knowledge. The store is almost always having some kind of sale. You'll find what you are looking of you staff will direct you to the best solution to your quandary.
