  Canceled my membership a month ago before getting charged and I still got charged called the gym to inform them and didn’t get any help only went 1 day when I got my membership which was my first day but trainer and work out was definitely great

  I stayed at the Hartford Hotel next door and they have a program where you can use the UFC gym. Wow super awesome. I worked out everyday, with free weights they had a squat racks, treadmills, a turf track, and a cafe. Really great!

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I signed up for UFC Gym Rosemead’s $1 promotional membership on June 6th because I was told by the employee that I could cancel anytime within one month. Based on that information, I enrolled. Due to work location uncertainty, I canceled on July 2. I was charged $84.98 because of a supposed 21-day cancellation requirement that was never mentioned to me during enrollment. I specifically asked about the cancellation policy before signing up because I wanted to avoid unexpected charges. My friend was with me during the entire conversation, and we both clearly remember that the 21-day deadline was never disclosed. When I went back to the gym to explain the situation, instead of acknowledging my concern, the employee responded, “Well, we don’t want you to cancel, so…” I found that response incredibly unprofessional and concerning. I contacted UFC Gym’s corporate customer service, but they simply referred me to the contract without addressing the fact that I was given inaccurate verbal information by their staff. If your employees are telling customers one thing while the gym later enforces another, that is not transparent customer service. My advice: Ask for every cancellation policy and billing rule in writing before signing anything. Don’t rely on what the staff tells you verbally. I won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.
