The front desk staff were unprofessional, rude, and entirely unhelpful from the moment I arrived. They did not respect my appointment time at all, and when I asked about the delay, they took no responsibility and responded with an attitude instead of an apology. What made this worse was the dismissive behavior--rather than acknowledging the delay or offering any solution, they were outright rude about it. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a place that requires appointments and expects patients to be on time. Overall, this visit was disorganized, disrespectful, and incredibly frustrating. I strongly advise new customers to think carefully before choosing this place for their optical services.
