I’m going in today to redeem some point that I had on my account I had gotten an email that I had 5 bucks to spend. I go in to find out that there was an expiration date to use my own points and that I had no point any more. Then what’s the point of having an account?? I asked the guy were are all my point he said to call customer service. Overall I don’t appreciate that I have been spending money for GNC to not honor my point and to take them away. Officially don’t shopping at any GNC anymore

The staffs are not helpful at all of you want to return items. I purchased online and the items didn’t come with a package slip. I called the customer service and the representative told me I can just simply return my items with my email receipt in any of their stores. So I came to this one. The staff told me I could only get 13$ refund for a 44$ item (Original package with warp) without the packing slip. I told them I have my email receipt, they didn’t even want to try. They didn’t look at it. I went to another GNC store, the manager entered my phone #, found my purchase history and issued me full refund immediately.
