  I’ve visited this office twice over the past three years, and both experiences have been excellent. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and welcoming. My appointments were smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I highly recommend this optometrist to anyone looking for quality eye care, and I would gladly refer my friends and family.

  My dad received new glasses here last October after his doctor prescribed prism correction. Unfortunately, the optical staff failed to include the prism in the lenses when they ordered them, and nobody caught the mistake for months. Because of this, his vision never improved, and during a later appointment the doctor actually increased the prism prescription believing the original amount was not working. We only discovered the problem recently while ordering another set of lenses, and the staff admitted that the original glasses never had the prescribed prism added at all. This means my dad spent months wearing incorrect glasses . What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of professionalism during that visit. One staff member asked me to personally call the insurance company to verify coverage for the replacement lenses, which took me nearly an hour of being transferred between departments because I did not even know which number to call. Eventually, the insurance representative told me that verifying coverage is normally the staff's responsibility, not the member's. This is hard to accept for missing an important part of a prescription, failing to notice it for months, and then pushing insurance verification work onto the patient shows very poorly on the office’s quality control, training and customer service. This entire situation caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, extra appointments, and months of avoidable vision problems. Patients should carefully double-check their prescriptions and glasses when picking them up here.
