April’s Circuit class, Amy Joy’s Cardio Sculpt, Elena’s Control, and Karin’s Flow are all absolute musts classes — each one brings the perfect mix of challenge, energy, and fun. I haven’t felt this strong (or this delightfully sore) in a while! If you’ve been even thinking about trying Pilates, consider this your sign—just do it. You’ll be hooked. (My credentials: 212 classes and counting!)
