StretchLab Canyon Crest offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

We haven't had a chance to try every Flexologist so far, but I have stretched with Bren and Tim and their knowledge is top notch! My and my husband's scheduled are a little inconsistent, so I was initially worried about trying to book with the same Flexologist, but Jaelyn at the front was very helpful with explaining the booking process and other team members' experience. I look forward to continuing with my stretches and recommend this to anyone looking for more mobility!

They made me feel comfortable and had great knowledge of what they were talking about. The way they assisted me with stretching and massage and showed me great exercises is more than I could have imagined.

I relocated over 25 miles away and informed them right away, but they still tried to enforce their standard 30-day cancellation notice and an extra month’s charge. My cancellation notice was submitted June 1, 2026, well before my June 18th renewal date, yet they are still holding me to a full 30-day notice period despite my relocation. California law (Civil Code 1812.85) allows immediate cancellation in this situation, but the studio refused to honor it even after I raised it with them. Make sure you know your rights before signing a contract here.
