  I went in to see if they can help me fix my glasses . Team lead Hiffaz, took my glasses with a smile and was able to fix my glasses at no charge too.it only took him 5 min only.

  Pésimo servicio, no dan solución a los problemas que ellos mismos generan. Me.mandaron un mensaje de texto que ya estaban mis lentes y fue MENTIRA no estaba listos y lo que me dijo el asistente del.manager sencillamente CANCELA tu ordene. Además el dia que te venden los.lentes te ofrecen cielo y tierra y es mentira cuando te llega el contrato a tu email lo que te.prometieron es una FALSA y nadie busca alguna solución a tus problemas, lo único que te ofrecen es cancelar tu orden. OJO mucho cuidado cuando compres tus lentes asegúrate que lo que te ofrecen sea verdadero,porque para vendertelos sos buenos pero ya pagando tu factura o firmando el contrato , se olvidan de darte un buen servicio al cliente y no les importas.   Amazing experience, Cayden and Raazia nothing but A+ service. From the moment we walked in, super helpful, explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. Thank you will definitely be coming back. Can’t get this type of service too often. Love it

  My mom’s experience in the store was really nice. First, we were not really commited to buy anything. Cayden was really helpful to adjust my mom’s second glasses that we brought, then we decided to check my mom’s eyes. After looking around the eyes glasses in the stores, my mom interesed with staff’s eyeglasses, Raazia. Unfortunately, the store hadnt has the same model at the moment. Raazia let us borrowed her eyeglasses. My mom was soo happy with her glasses’ purchase experience. Now we are waiting to the new one coming. Yay! Dr. Dang also checker my mom’s eyes then let us know that we have to go contact her primary optometry because her dry eyes plug was gone. Also, Cayden helped adjust my eyeglasses that suddenly too tight and cleaned it. She was awesome. Anyone please look for Cayden if you stop by at the stores. ;) Thank you lense crafters!
