  My glasés needed To be adjusted, I walked in to lensCrafters, with no appointment and Rose was so kind to help me out she didn’t just help me out, but she went the extra mile and saw that my Grandson‘s glasses needed adjustment to,She offered to clean and adjust both of our glasses, No Cost. Thank you Rose for taking care of us.

  I don’t know what came over me when I decided to seriously give LensCrafters at Tyler Mall a try; Ultimately, it was the best decision I have ever made for myself. I used to only purchase glasses online sources, that has changed since discovering Abdon at LensCrafters. I initially went in there set on just getting my prescription and buying another pair online. After my eye exam, I was trying on some pairs in store just for the plot, when Abdon sweeped me off my feet and gave me 5 star customer service. Abdon’s amazing taste and genuine care for clients has positively changed the way I think about glasses. I used to wear too big for my prescription needs, crusty, and low quality glasses. I let the glasses wear me, instead of me wearing them. Abdon took time to show me every pair until I found the one. The pair Abdon helped me pick out compliments my features the way no other pair has before. I wish I had better ways to describe how much this experience changed my life. In a world of online shopping, I’m glad I got to meet Abdon.

  Do better with communication!! I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a replacement part. No call, nothing. I went into the store only to be told, they couldn't find my repair and would have to reach back out to me when they do. These are brand-new glasses my husband purchased from the store. The store I recommended to him! Do better!

  Honestly, this review is long overdue. My situation was a complicated one. I returned my favorite glasses for repair only to find out that my frames were no longer being made. Talk about a major disappointment! While everyone at this location has always been wonderful, the person who truly went above and beyond for me was Raazia. Even though I had to choose an entirely different frame than the ones I originally loved, she made the whole experience so much easier. Raazia stayed in constant communication with me, offered several solutions to my problem, and followed through on everything she promised. Her customer service was exceptional. She never made me feel pressured, rushed, or like I was being difficult while trying to find replacement glasses. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. She is truly a gem, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves for her outstanding customer service. Thank you, Raazia, for going the extra mile!
