  I’ve been attending Club Fitness for a month now and I enjoy each instructor and class. I really appreciate that the instructors are actively correcting you if you’re not doing the exercise correctly. They are attentive to each person in the reformer. The vibe is always great!

  Title: Extremely Disappointing & Unprofessional First Experience I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was concerning enough to share. I arrived promptly at 9:00 AM for a scheduled introductory class, ready and willing to participate. I was initially greeted and instructed to prepare for class. Before beginning, I asked where the restroom was so I could quickly get settled. Instead of simply directing me, there was hesitation followed by repeated suggestions that I reschedule—despite my being on time and ready. After briefly stepping away and returning within minutes, I was told I could no longer participate because it was now 9:05 AM. I calmly asked if we could proceed, especially since I was the only participant present. Rather than resolving the situation professionally, it escalated unnecessarily. I was asked to leave, and security was called, with claims that I was causing a disturbance—which was completely untrue. At no point was I disruptive. I simply showed up on time and attempted to attend a scheduled class. This was not just disappointing—it was unprofessional, unnecessarily confrontational, and handled with a complete lack of customer care. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this experience reflected poor communication and escalation practices. I sincerely hope management reviews this incident and implements better training on how to treat clients with professionalism and respect.

  A great place to start working out! Everyone is extremely friendly and the instructors pay attention and correct you when form isn’t right.

  I had such a great experience here! The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—they walked me through the entire sign-up process, explained the different membership options, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The instructor, Madison, is fantastic. She creates such a comfortable and welcoming environment, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. She explains each movement clearly and offers corrections when needed, which made me feel supported and confident throughout the class. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to get into Pilates or level up their practice!
