Carole is always so professional, kind and knowledgeable. She is always very informative and accommodating. My father, who is hearing impaired always loves going to Connect Hearing to see Gina and Carole. I appreciate how quickly they get us in for an appointment time and the waiting is minimal. Carole's smile is always an expected welcoming.
