  My mother just went to get help with hearing aids ay the Canyon Crest location and was scolded by the receptionist and sent away with no help. The receptionist told my mother that it was now closed and she need to leave, mind you it was approx 10am. Greatfuly we found another location that was willing to help. It is unacceptable for a receptionist to down talk to an elder who has hearing problems. This receptionist should be hold accountable for her awful behavior toward any customer that has experience the same.
