  They were decent at the beginning, but deteriorated since then. Depending on the time of day you call, they will never pick up the phone. Sometimes you have to schedule reminder for yourself to call at different times of the day in order to get someone on the line. The staff are nice and professional. You will probably be seeing an NP and sometimes it feels like they don’t know what they’re doing. Sometimes you have to go in with the knowledge of what you want and have done a little research online regarding your condition before you go in. You have to make your own differential diagnosis. I was annoyed that I was prescribed meds for a condition that I knew I didn’t have. I took it, knowing I didn’t have it. A week later I go in again since my ailment didn’t resolve. I had to ask for the medications I wanted and show her the condition I suspected by searching online. My ailment resolved after that. There was another issue that was annoying too because it involved me having to drive back and forth and come back on a different day because they gave me the wrong information regarding testing. The good thing is that they’re nice and will mostly give you what you ask for. Still, I can’t wait to change my health insurance/primary care soon.

  At first this was a good office. They helped my grandma with everything she needed. Listened and even helped us out on finding cheaper locations for blood draws since we pay out of pocket. But as time went on, there have been multiple times where she would go days without her medication because they wouldn't have a dr who could send her prescriptions until the next Friday. They would say they will let the Drs know and we're left in the dark with updates and I would have to call again but they only say the same thing. "Well let the Drs know". It's difficult to get a hold of them. We had an appointment July 24th but they called and cancelled very last minute right when they closed the day before. No 24 hour notice as it should be. Since then I've tried calling but no one seems to answer phones. Ever since they moved location it hasn't been the same. I've tried calling to schedule because she at the moment does not have one medication and hasn't been taking it. We will not be coming back to this office.

  My experience with Alertive Healthcare Medical Group APC has been excellent. As a new patient, I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The nurse practitioner took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel heard and respected. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I’m looking forward to my next appointment. I would definitely recommend this medical group to anyone looking for compassionate and professional healthcare.

  I’ve been coming to this clinic for over two years, including when it was at its previous location. Back then, I was a patient of the pain specialist, Dr. Darren Freeman, who was an exceptional doctor. When he left, I thought it would be very difficult to find another doctor like him, since it’s not easy to find someone who truly understands you. It was a very sad time for me. However, God is great and heard my prayers, because a new specialist arrived, Dr. Jason Kaibaf. Despite his youth, he is truly excellent. He listens carefully, takes the time to understand my situation, and attends to every one of my needs related to my condition. Furthermore, he is always respectful, kind, and very warm. I feel deeply blessed by his arrival. The rest of the staff is also incredible. There are very few clinics like this one, where everyone has a true calling to serve and provides genuine support to their patients. Thank you for everything. May God bless you always. Arte: Juana S.
